Geyser & Taupo

Yesterday we went to the Wai-O-Tapu Geothermal Park. We saw a geyser called the “Lady Knox”. It only explodes at 10:15 am and there was a guide that demonstrated it. It was very cool and exploded about 10 to 20 meters in the air (that’s VERY high). It gave off an AWFUL stench that smells like rotten eggs because of the sulfur (which is a type of chemical) and it goes on for what is almost an hour! Lady Knox was super cool!

Today we went to the Taupo Public Library for Sebastian and I to catch up on some school work. I took an exam for Math and I did a lot of Business and Keyboarding. I also finished my book “The Fault in Our Stars” and I definitely recommend it! I also read a book called “Wonder” less than a week ago, and it was amazing! In my opinion, I think that “The Fault in Our Stars” is more of a girly book. But both are great!

Hard workers!
